Return Policy:

ONLINE RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN-STORE.

Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date.

Returns must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached. Items that are returned without a tag, with obvious use, makeup or deodorant stains, perfume smells, etc. may be subject to rejection.

Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or in the form of an online store credit. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, do not attempt to return it, as it will be rejected by our returns department. Cost of re-shipping of a rejected item will be the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on:

• Sale products

• Jewelry

• Accessories (purses, hair accessories, scarves, hats, etc).

• Shoes are returnable for online store credit only.

 

How Do I Return An Item?

To return items, please ensure that the above criteria is met. After verifying, fill out the return portion of your original sales receipt, and include with your return, in either its original package or packaged so that it will not get damaged in shipment.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in-transit to us.

If you would like a prepaid return label, please log into your customer account on our website. Select the order and items you will be returning, and submit your return request for approval. Once your return is approved (please allow 48 hours), you will receive a follow-up email with your prepaid return label. Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your return credit amount.
