Lizard Thicket, established in 1981, prides itself in selling the latest, most fashion-forward styles at surprisingly affordable prices. Our customers can wear our threads with the confidence that their wardrobe is as unique as they are.
We currently have 19 store locations in 8 states! Our stores are located in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
Most of our store locations are locally owned and operated by our franchise owners. Our company across the board is 100% female, and we employ over 200 female employees across all of our stores. OUR FOUNDER
Sheri Waynick, has over 40 years in the fashion business and loves every minute of it. "Although work days average 14 hours, it never feels like work when you love what you do," says Sheri. "Our customers are why I love this business. I continue to be amazed by the loyalty of so many people who shop in our stores.
When she's not working, Sheri spends as much time as possible with family. "Grandkids revive your soul and help you to focus on seeing life again through a child's eyes. Everything seems brighter when I'm with them, and I will never take for granted how blessed I am to be surrounded by such a wonderful family!"

We make it our goal to provide the latest trends at great prices, while providing outstanding customer service to each and every customer. We’re here to help you find what makes you look and feel your most beautiful. We carry a limited quantity of each piece, and with new merchandise arriving almost daily, our selection is constantly changing.
GIVING BACK
Our motto is "Rooted in Style...Growing in Purpose". We live out this motto every month by participating in our We Give Wednesday campaigns. The first Wednesday of every month, our stores & website host We Give Wednesday’s, which gives our customers an opportunity to help us give back. On this day, 10% of ALL sales are donated to local charities our stores have chosen to support that year! Our community service ranges from partnering with Hearts to Honduras, Wellspring Living, Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Bloom Our Youth, and multiple other amazing organizations that are near & dear to our hearts.
