Sheri Waynick serves as the Founder/CEO of Lizard Thicket. Sheri has over 40 years of experience in the fashion business. Her depth/knowledge and entrepreneur drive have made Lizard Thicket one of the most successful clothing brands in the market today.

Jessica Waynick Mucha serves as the COO of Lizard Thicket. Jessica has over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry. She oversees all day to day operations at the corporate office, which includes all invoicing, receiving, and distribution. Jessica also handles all the corporate training of new franchisees.

“Growing up in the business I had always struggled with what I wanted to do…follow down the same path or branch out and do something completely different. Of course, as a stubborn teenager, I decided to take my own path into the medical field…I worked as an x-ray tech for a little over a year until I realized that I was being pulled back in another direction.”

There is no better feeling than waking up every morning and getting to go do something you love all day long. I have never woken up and dreaded a work day or been upset over going to work. I absolutely love what I do and the people I am surrounded with. I have the privilege of working with amazing women that are just as passionate about the company as I am. Jackie Waynick Shultz serves as the Director of Field Operations of Lizard Thicket. Jackie has over 15 years of experience in the fashion industry. She oversees all the day to day operations at the Birmingham, Buford, Mt. Juliet, Nashville & Norcross locations, as well as website distribution. Jackie also plays a crucial role in the floor and manager training of new franchisees.

Jessica Sherman serves as the Director of Procurement of Lizard Thicket. Jessica has over 10 years experience working for Lizard Thicket as the Director of Procurement. Jessica has a degree from Georgia Southern in Fashion Merchandising, and has played an integral role in curating crucial relationships for growing the brand. JJ (nickname) is wearing many hats for our company....and we all love her for that!

Maggie Hughes serves as the Website Administrator for Lizard Thicket. Maggie has almost 10 years of experience with Lizard Thicket and graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. From managing our website to packing orders to helping customers make buying decisions, Maggie does it all!

Kristen Pack serves as the Design Strategist for Lizard Thicket. Kristen has been with Lizard Thicket for almost 5 years. Kristen graduated from Georgia College with a degree in Mass Communications & Graphic Design. Kristen designs all of the graphics for the company, cultivates the branding materials, co-directs weekly photoshoots, and manages all of the digital marketing for Lizard Thicket.

Heather Howard serves as the Assistant Buyer for Lizard Thicket. Heather has over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry. She started working for Lizard Thicket when she was just 16 years old. She left to pursue an opportunity in wholesale, and always seems to find her way back to LT.

Taylor Wells serves as the Social Media Coordinator for Lizard Thicket, as well as an assistant to the procurement team for Lizard Thicket. Taylor has over 5 years of experience in the fashion industry from wholesale to retail. Taylor has a degree from Kennesaw State University in Apparel and Textiles and has many roles in growing the brand. Taylor develops and curates engaging content for social media platforms, co-directs and models weekly photoshoots and campaigns, and joins the procurement team trips.

Weslyn Roark serves as the Growth Strategist for Souls by LT Corporate. Weslyn graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Marketing with an Emphasis in Fashion Merchandising. Her day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts for Souls by LT, managing Souls by LT web, inventory management and assisting Lizard Thicket web.
