Shipping

All orders received Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will be processed within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Once you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. All of our packages are shipped via USPS and can be tracked online at https://www.usps.com/. We offer flat rate shipping of $7.95 and free shipping over $100.

Once an order is placed, changes and cancellations cannot be made.

Due to shipper restrictions, at this time shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses and APO's.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Returns

EXCHANGES ONLY. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK TO LIZARD THICKET ONLINE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED IN A LIZARD THICKET BOUTIQUE.

Online Return Policy: Customer may return items that are unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still attached for an online store credit only.  We do not issue refunds. All items must be mailed back to Lizard Thicket's Online Boutique and cannot be returned in a Lizard Thicket store. In turn, returns from Lizard Thicket stores cannot be processed by Lizard Thicket's Online Boutique. Returns must be received by Lizard Thicket's Online Boutique within 15 days of the date the customer receives the order. All sale, gift, and accessory items are a final sale and non-returnable.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, do not attempt to return it, as it will be rejected by our returns department.

How do I return an item?: To return items, please ensure that the above criteria is met. After verifying, fill out the return portion of your original sales receipt, and include with your return, in either its original package or packaged so that it will not get damaged in shipment. We suggest that you send items back to Lizard Thicket's Online Boutique using a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in-transit to us.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 2 business days. After your return is processed you will receive an email with a store credit code for the amount of your returned item(s) and any applicable taxes. The store credit code can be applied at checkout during any of your future orders. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
