Returns

 

EXCHANGES & Online store credits only. All returns must be shipped back to our Lizard Thicket online store and cannot be returned in a Lizard Thicket Boutique. Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Online Return Policy

Customer may return items that are unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still attached for an online store credit only.  We do not issue refunds. All items must be mailed back to Lizard Thicket's Online Boutique and cannot be returned in a Lizard Thicket store. In turn, returns from Lizard Thicket stores cannot be processed by Lizard Thicket's Online Boutique. Returns must be received by Lizard Thicket's Online Boutique within 15 days of the date the customer receives the order. All sale, gift, and accessory items are a final sale and non-returnable.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, do not attempt to return it, as it will be rejected by our returns department. Cost of the re-shipping of a rejected item will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once our returns department has received your return, please allow for a 24 hour processing window. You will receive an email confirming your credit once your order has been processed and your credit applied.

 

How do I return an item?:

To return items, please ensure that the above criteria is met. After verifying, fill out the return portion of your original sales receipt, and include with your return, in either its original package or packaged so that it will not get damaged in shipment. We suggest that you send items back to Lizard Thicket's Online Boutique using a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in-transit to us.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 2 business days. After your return is processed you will receive an email with a store credit amount for the amount of your returned item(s) and any applicable taxes and directions on how to obtain that credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do you obtain your store credit?:

Store credits will be redeemed during step 4 of the checkout process. Once logged in under the customer username, the store credit will automatically apply to your total. Any balance owed should be paid for using the authorize.net option.
