Relay for Life

At Lizard Thicket, community service is our passion! Supporting the fight against cancer holds dear to many of our hearts and this year we walk in the memory of Marcy Walker, who was the mother of one of our staff members, Jennifer Walker. Marcy lost her battle with cancer in 2008 when Jennifer was 15. We, together with Jennifer, want to help in the fight against cancer!

Christian City
The employees at Lizard Thicket have a close relationship with the girls in the Christian City Children's Village. We enjoy so much visiting once a month and participating in different crafts and activities with them! Our past activities have included making jewelry, tie-dying t-shirts, decorating cupcakes, hay rides, cook outs, decorating stockings at Christmas, and most recently scrapbooking!
Race for Riley
We participated in Race for Riley in April of 2010. We walked to raise money for the Joseph Sams School, a special needs school located in Fayetteville, Georgia. Although the weather was bad, we all still had a lot of fun taking part in this event!
stepNout Walk

Our Chandler, Arizona store participated in the stepNout 5K walk to fight against pancreatic cancer. They walked in memory of the Franchise Owner, Caroline Jordan's father who passed away from the disease.
